As a Technical Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues related to our IT equipment and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment, software, and networks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, engineering, and product development, to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and product knowledge to maintain expertise.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT equipment, software, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
