We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing strategies, while also possessing strong leadership and team management skills. In this role, you will work with scrum team(s), define testing strategies, drive automation efforts, and ensure the successful implementation of Agile practices. Additionally, you might be assigned responsibility of leading the team as a Scrum Master, ensuring Agile best practices are followed, and providing guidance on continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Lead test automation efforts using modern frameworks and tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD testing pipelines.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in software testing.
- Continuously improve QA processes and strategies.
- Help define and drive the overall QA strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Help establish and track key quality metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Lead the team as a Scrum Master and perform all Scrum Master duties, including facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Manage team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
